Ingredients

Wrapster Flour Tortillas Regular 6-7 Pcs
cheddar cheese- 1 1/2 cup
chicken Marinade
chicken 2-3 breasts
garlic crushed-3 cloves
black pepper 1/2 tsp
red chilli pwd 1 tsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
Sauce: tomatoes 4, oil 2-3 tbsp, onion 1 medium, garlic chopped 1 tsp, tomato paste 1 tbsp, black pepper 1 tsp, red pepper pwd 1 tsp, oregano 1 tsp, sugar 1/2 tbsp, vinegar 1 tbsp, salt 1/2 tsp, water 1/2 cup

Steps

1. Cut chicken into cubes. Add garlic, black pepper, red chili powder, and vinegar into the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. For Sauce, add oil to a pan. saute Onion and Garlic till onions turn translucent. Now add tomatoes, water all the other spices.
3. Cook till tomatoes turn soft then set aside to cool. Once cooled, blend the sauce in a blender
4. For assembly, take an oven-proof dish. add 1/3 of sauce to it. Now place Wrapster tortilla on a flat surface. Add chicken, a little bit of sauce, and some cheese. Now roll the tortilla into a wrap and place it inside the dish. Repeat the same with all the tortillas till the dish is full.
5. Add the remaining sauce over the wraps. Now top everything with cheese.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 175C. Serve Hot and enjoy!
