Ingredients

Beef Mince-200g
Wrapster Flour Tortillas Small-6
Wrapster Flour Tortillas Big-3
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 diced tomato (seedless)
2 stalks of spring onions
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
Juice from 2 small lemons
1/4 of a large iceberg
1 cup shredded Mozerella or Cheddar
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 1/5 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste

Steps

1. Fry the ginger garlic paste in 2 tbsp of oil till fragrant. Add the beef mince & fry on high for 3 min.
2. Add the spices & lemon juice. Fry for a further 3 min then add 1/2 the spring onions & set aside.
3. Deep fry 3 tacos for the crispy Tostada layer till golden on both sides. Leave aside.
4. Assemble the Crunchwrap Supreme by taking a big tortilla & the minced beef in the middle (1/3 of total). Add cheese + sour cream (optional). Then add the tostada then top with the tomatoes, iceberg & spring onions.
5. Top with the unfried taco. Fold all the edges inwards & make sure it's sealed well.
6. Pan fry it for 1-2 min on each side till golden. Place in the pan seam side down so it closes and don't move it around otherwise, the seal will become loose. Cut in half & enjoy!
